I came back to the game and it gave me my account back at level 28 but all of my characters i had are gone. Is there anyway to get those back?

I have not any sign in with google play button....

I also don't have edit button next to player name to change tha name

I've emailed and not received any response. I spent over a $100 this week on the game and a lot of time. There is no option to link my game to an iOS Game Center. So was I basically robbed?

How did you get them on the phone for your refund?
