Lost shards and the only contact method is a phone call. Im not currently residing in the US so I can't receive a phone call.
There's no option for email contact, can't update the case from "my cases" and the update that was provided there is not
sending an email to my address.
For gods sake EA, is it so difficult to solve the problem?

@x1Gonzo Hi, what region are you in? if you click the flag icon to the top right of the page you can choose a different region, and this will offer different contact options.
Another option is to call the international number, +44203 014 1818
If you do go this route you can use a VOIP service to make the call, it can save on costs.
