Lost Executrix Shards

After completing tier 3 of the Grand Moff Tarkin I received the 30 shards to upgrade to four stars and progress in the challenges. When I tried to upgrade the ship it said upgrade failed. After trying several times I rebooted my phone and the 30 shards disappeared but the tier 3 challenge is completed and it has made it impossible for me to get the shards necessary to progress through the challenges and get the to the zetas. I have reached out to technical support only for them to tell me that they are unable to help because they cannot verify my claim. Their suggestion was for me to post on this forum to hopefully get the help I need.

I'm having the identical issue, this is not a CLAIM!
As EA would suggest! This is a game BUG issue.
A patch is needed and our games fixed.
The 30 Capital Ship Shards need to be given
As there is no other place to buy or earn these.
EA needs to fix this!
