Loss of palpatin

Hello, I had a problem with the event the fall of the runner.
 I finished the event but I miss 25 Fracture of palpatine. 
I have already contacted you and I was told to come on the forum to make a complaint.

This isn't actually something we can directly fix on the forums I'm afraid.

Can you try contacting our support team again so they can look into it and get the shards added?

Please let me know how you get on as I'd like to make sure this is looked into correctly.
