How can I attach my swgoh guest account to Google Play?

Dear Support,

How can I attach my swgoh guest account to Google Play?

I don't have any options in setting menu to sing into "GooglePlay"
I am using Android, Goggle Play installed and I have created a new Google Play account too.

I would suggest that you contact us: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes/

This way we can see if there might be another way to support a potential device upgrade (as long as it will stay on the same operating system).

Have you specified that you are underage when you signed up initially? For those accounts we might not offer the option to attach a Google Play account.

Are you able to join the guild chat or change your name in the game?

Hi Nils,
I didn't remember what I specified when I signed up a half a year ago. But this is a good point becouse i do not see the guild chat. But i am 41, my birth date also added to google account correctly. There are any option to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to resolve that currently, we are not able to update the age on these accounts.

Should that change in the future, we will let you know.

Hi Nils,

Thank your for your help.

Is there any other option to move my account to any other device? I do not want to loose my high level account. I spent many credit to buy cristals and data card packs. Not acceptable for me to lose this account if I switch/reset device.

Me too. I'm level 85 and spent over 200 euro's. I have a ID number on this guest account, so why isn't it possible to get it on my google-play account ? Is it so difficult ?
