my donuts are gone!

finally saved up 150 donuts to afford a decent premium character. the game crashed when i was looking through the list of premium characters and when it recovered i was down to 65 donuts and had a stupid clown for the pier. has this happened to anyone else? is there a way to reverse it? NOT HAPPY!

I have almost the exact same #s, I was at 120 donuts and now down to 68?  What's going on?

ive just contacted EA and they are passing the problem on cause they couldnt find anything, i just have to wait for an email now hopefully with an answer! so frustraing

I got onto live chat with them and they helped me out.  I would recommend doing the same.

How do you get to live chat?

You need to navigate to the EA website and then into their "contact us".  I don't have the link anymore but it was rather easy to find it from their site.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

If you want a call back, choose that one and enter a phone number for them to call you back!

NOT EVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE! DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TIME DAY, WILL DEPEND ON YOUR OPTIONS!!
