cannot bring up the game

I can not get into the gave. it closes down after the fox screen and will not load, i have tried to remove the app and reinstall  didn't work. It booted me out yesterday 11/16 as I was trying to buy a gold scratcher and haven't been able to get in since.

Many users are experiencing this problem, one of the users on this site posted a possible resolution that may help you: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Simpsons-Tapped-Out/Possible-solution-for-those-who-can-t-get-past-Grac... If that doesn't help try a hard restart, just hold the lock and home button and ignore the "slide to power off" promt, it may take awhile to start back up, but it may work.
