Was the Free character that tied into this past Sunday's story line available on Kindle Fire?

I noticed on the Simpsons Tapped Out Facebook page that there was a free female character that they were doing for the game but I have been on everyday since they posted it on my Kindle Fire for Android and I have not seen her. My friend has it on his Iphone for IOS though. Was this an IOS exclusive thing or has anyone else gotten it on any Android device?
