You can have maximum 100 friends after that it wont let you add anymore.
I assume your friendlist is not full.
Can you not accept request or not send them or both?
Have you tried entering the email instead of IDs?
Have you tried managing friends online, origin dot com ? Or downloaded the Originprogram for PCs?
Have you tried manageing friends through another Origin app? Scrabble has a free version with an easier friendmanagement.
