I got a new phone and I got to level 36 and now I have to start from the beginning and I don't really want to do that so please help

Were you playing anonymously or did you make an Origin account? If you logged in with Origin on your other phone, then your Springfield is on the server and you can just log in to find it. If you were playing anonymously, then your account was tied to your previous phone.
