I posted this same question in January, and I still haven't received any help or found a way to solve the issue. Can someone from EA help. I removed the game and download the game again. I also tried logging on and off multiple times and still no help.

You need to contact a game advisor for help with this. This is just a player helping player forum and cannot do anything about account issues: https://help.ea.com .
Then do the following:
Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to contact ea will come up
