This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players. In this case there is little other players can do for you.
Contact EA directly http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ and ask for a gameadvisor. Same login as the game.

I am sure EA appreciates your business. With that said, I am sure that EA is not going to give you donuts so you can contuine to play the game. The app EA provides does not require you to buy donuts....it is tempting you to, but does not force you to in order to play the game. I am sure that EA would like to see you contuine to be a loyal player, even if its a freemium player.
