Simpsons Tapped out lost my account name

I had Simpsons tapped out crash on me today, I was made to login the account, and when I did it was sent back to 1.  The strange thing is my username has changed , but my wife can still see my neighborhood in hers.  Any way to go to my original account name and neighborhood?
