Purchased item, disappeared.

I literally just bought some 60 donuts, which took 24 hours to bloody come through and then on top of that, I bought Frinks Robot Dog and nows hes gone!! Along with my donuts... what gives! Anyone else having similar problems?! I want my money back... this is just a piss take. I've emailed EA, so they better get it sorted.
