Plese Help!!! Stuck At Loading Srcreen!!!!!

Please help me since yesterday February 7, 2014 at around 2:00 pm I have not been able to access my springfield. On the loading page it just says synchronizing before it gets to the part where it shows your email and the " tap to continue" part. It also just goes to the part where it says it can't connect to the server and then it crashes. All it's doing is saying synchronizing the cannot connect to server then crashes. Can someone please help me? This is very frustrating- Thank you.

You're not the only one...me too...for days now,!  At first I thought it was because they were updating to Valentine's day, but still can't get in..leading up to this..I had to go in and I'd be dropped. So I would have to go back in again...now this!
