Pending friend request

Um.. Can anybody tell me what's going on?

I try to send a friend request out to other players but my android keeps saying :error friend request failed or something like that.....

Problem's:

1) I can't send friend request because all my android device says is Error can't send request

2) I cant even get request because when I try to... All it says on my other tablet is Error cannot send....

3) Has anyone else had these problems?

4) If my problem is fixed try sending me a friend request at my origin acc. My username is IiFireyDeath
