My Islands in the revenue stream is stuck on part 3, how can i progress?

I have completed part 3 of the Islands in the revenue stream mission, it says done, but it wont progress to part 4, what can i do??

Try storing the Krusty Burger that Krusty came with and then placing it back in your town. Try storing the Itchy and Scratchy studios and then placing it back in your town. Try going to your friends list and back to your town. Try going to Krustyland and back.

No, nothing helped so i contacted support and they said they hadnt seen this issue so they are sending it to the experts the lady said, to see if they can find a fix
