Logging on to the simpsons

Hi everyone

Can anyone help me? I've been trying to log on to the Simpsons tapped out game all morning. It just doesn't want to connect to the server. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but it only seems to be working to start a new game. I have got a log in but when I'm trying to put my address in it's not working. I have tried also turning the phone off and rebooting it..... Please can anyone help as I really don't want to start from the beginning again.... Cheers

I had this before! It took all weekend and suddenly it worked as normal as usual again. Obviously the do not really know how to post maintenance information at EA. Unforunately bying alot of donuts also doesn't solve these kind of problems ... or buys being taken seriously as a customer.

Just be patient and wait until they've done their work :-(
