Issue 4 Quest not starting

Well, what happened was that I finished the quest where tou have to send the first wave of heroes to attack the radioactive man statue, but after i finished that mission, a cutscene poped out, on wich fallout boy was saying something, and right in that moment the game crashed and shuted down. When i turned it back on again, there was no mission avaiable, regarding the issue 4, and therefore, i cant proceed with the event missions. I have tried to re-install ttphe game, restart the tablet, log out and then log back in my account. Nothing really seems to be working. What should i do???
