It always tells me this: "Currently in-app billing is not available for you. The follovinh are possible reasons
1. You have not accepted the google terms of service - I think I am
2. You have not set up a play store account - I dont now :-)
3. Your country does not support in-app billing - If this is a reason, allow this for Serbia :-)

The problem is with Google Play. You say that you do not know if you set up an account. You need to look into your Google Play account to figure out why it doesn't work. This is not something we here at AHQ can help you with. This is just a player helping player forum and we cannot look at your account for you @stef82skoj .
