If you have your game linked to an Origin account, uninstall and reinstall. Wait before you sign in and see if you can play the game as anonymous. If you can, then log in. If when you log in, it crashes, then it is an issue with your Springfield and you need to contact a game advisor for assistance. If it crashes without logging in, then it's an issue with your device.
