Connect with origin on my iPad for Simpsons tapped Out

Having a issues with connecting to my game on my iPad I have deleted the game and reloaded it. Now when I try to enter with my origin account I keep getting a message that it can not cannot to the server I just updated my iPad to the new software maybe that has something todo with it

Have you hard closed the game?
Restarted device?
Cleared cache?
Freed up space?

Tried another connection/wifi?
Switched devices?

If connected to Origin: done a delete/reinstall of the game?
