Cannot open Boxingham Palace [ Edited ]

I can see the castle, but when I click on it, it flashes open and closes again immediately. I can't upgrade and it does not produce nerds. Bart was stuck in there for a while as well, but I was able to retrieve him by putting the treehouse in my inventory and replacing it. I have logged out, logged in, deleted and reinstalled the game to no avail. I am not able to put the castle in my inventory, sell it, or delete it. It was working fine until last night and I have never had this issue with any other buildings.

Please help!

Strange. I know it is not storeble nor saleble.
Have you tried accessing it from the eventmenu?
Tap the trophy icon, bottom right.
Tap the tower icon, bottom right.
And tap the Boxigham Palace in the castlemenu.
I would contact EA about this, no matter if you're able to access it or not. They need to know that this is happening. http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

Thanks for the suggestion! No, that pathway to the tower does the same thing. I can see inside the castle for a split second, then it closes again.

I was just on the chatbox with an EA advisor for about 2 hours. They were not helpful and are supposed to send my case to a specialist team.
