My friend when she wanted to go onto her Simpsons tapped out she noticed that she was logged out of her account. When she tried logging in with the same account it told her the email/password is not valid. After a lot of tries she logged her self in and it moved her back to level 1. What can she do so she can get her account back it was a level 13.

Have her uninstall and reinstall the game again.

She did that it let her log in but she went down from level 13 to level 1
