[Xbox One] Can't purchase coins [ Edited ]

When I go to the sticker shop and select buy coins, I enter my password and then the screen goes black. I've tried waiting for several hours and all it does is remove me from the servers after a long period of waiting. I want to purchase coins very badly. Anyone else have this problem?

Should I just consult Microsoft?
