Sticker shop don't open 2017

Hello i just got the game a few days ago and i have a really annoying bug

When i go to the sticker shop it never load just loading and nothing else and i cant press back , the only thing that i can do its to press ALT+F4 ;D

I saw that a lot of people have this problem because they don't have quad core processors but this is my specs :

Core i5 6600

16 gb Ram

win 10 64-bit

r9 380 4gb

i hope EA will resolve this because i pay some money on their game and i cant play it  

P.S : i also tried the user.cfg thing and didn't do anything .

Hello guys I finnaly found a solution !!!!

1) for people who have good processors ( 4 or more cores ) :

go where you installed the game and make a new text named "user" and you write :

Thread.ProcessorCount 2
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount -2

the you save as .cfg ( make sure its not user.cfg.txt )

2)for people who have weaker processor ( less than 4 cores ) : 

go where you installed the game and make a new text named "user"  and you write :

Thread.ProcessorCount 4

Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount -2

then you save as .cfg ( make sure its not user.cfg.txt )

I played it before and sticker machine worked, now it doesn't and I clearly didn't downgrade my PC, it's the game that's f###ed up
