No luck o' the zombies event

Hello everyone. Looks like im out of luck.
Mr.Lucky is not giving me any Lucky-No-Luck Quests.
How can i start my hunt for the gold now?
Please help.

The Quests reset every 12 hours. 

The first Quest is to find the Leprechaun Hat and you'll need to wait 12 hours for your first search for the Gold. After that it stays on a cycle of a new search every 12 hours until you've collected Gold 10 times.

Got no Quests.
Got no Leprechaun Hat.
Got no Gold.
Got nothing.

Are you visiting Mr. Lucky where he sits near the large globe in the courtyard near the docks? If you are checking the main Quest Boards in the Plant and Zombie bases you will not find the Quests there; to activate them you must visit the Gnome Mr. Lucky and interact with him to initiate the special Luck o' the Zombies event Quests.

Like all intractable characters in the Backyard Battleground he will have an Exclamation Point over his head when he has something for you to do.

Stop being silly. Why do you think i spend the time going to this website in the first place?

i'm pretty sure i checked everything before coming here.

Oh, and by the way, he never had an Exclamation Point over his head (at least in my game).
