Level 0??

I got this problemessage where when I got one of myour All-Stars into Elite instead of showing the usual "Level 1" it showed "Level 0" How do I fix it?

Post here, including your platform and gamer tag:

                             [INFO REQUEST] - Unable to promote characters                          ...

If you're on xbox, try powering down your console and unplugging it for one minute before restarting, to empty the cache.  This fix works for at least some.
