I have no new quests to complete

The new quests was due to go out around 9 hours ago from me posting this. I have looked at the quest board and it says No quests are available check back later. But on the bottom of the screen it says quests are due in 1 day and 14:35 hours. Is anyone else have the same issue? I have rebooted my playstation and the new quests are atill not on the board
