I cannot enter ANY multiplayer matches

i CANNOT ever enter multiplayer! every time i enter the multiplayer portal, the game finds a match but before i can enter it, the game reverts me to the backyard every single time. its become a pain because i spend hours trying to get into matches i'm just constantly waiting and i can never get any coins. its the same thing for ops too. i bought the deluxe edition which was extra money, but i cant even properly play or enjoy the game due to this constant warping to the backyard. its wasting my time and my money, all i want is to play multiplayer without the game teleporting me back to the backyard or randomly freezing and shutting down. please help me.

@TwilightThorns Hi, what system are you on? Do you ever get an error message? Have you ever been able to play the multiplayer?

Are you able to host an Ops game or play one solo?
