Game freeze and crash when joining

Pvz gw2 freezes then crashes to xbox one dashboarx when ever friends join or joining them. Any odeas as to the issue?

Me too!! Really frustrated by it. Have tried resetting modem, and even changed internet providers in the last couple days and it is still happening. Wish they would fix this instead of worrying about buffing and modifying characters! 

It was working for me last week but now is completely bugged and it freezes up every time.
