Frontline Fighters Character Piece Bug?

Re-Posted: Is there a problem with getting FLF character pieces? I've opened at least 2,000,000 worth of packs and the only thing remotely interesting was the Judge Grudge. Is there a problem with the Frontline Fighters packs right now?

I am also missing 1 character piece. I have been trying to unlock the scallywag imp for months. All i get out of the frontline fighters packs are consumables. Nothing else. I am a level 54/11. All other characters are unlocked and max level. Even chatted with ea customer service. They said must be a bug. Very disappointing.

I saw the RNG writing on the wall when frontline fighters came out and I bought the upgrade.  But those who've done the grind for it report spending at least 10M to get these characters.  If you want to move on and be done with it, I understand that there are still codes for the festive upgrade available from places like gamestop and amazon.
