Festivus Upgrade purchased but didn't give us any coins or sticker packs

I have the game and recently did the holiday deluxe upgrade.  That worked great so this week we did the Festivus upgrade for $17.  It didn't give us any sticker packs or coins.  I've called xbox and they have had me uninstall, and reinstall the game various times.  But still nothing shows in my sticker store.  What do I need to do?  UserID is stud848
