Bugged Rose movement animation [ Edited ]

The moving animation of all my Rose characters is bugged since I bought the game. The Cape doesnt float around, it and the whole character are clipping around. IT looks disgusting and I never play Rose because of this. Pls help me

I have never heard of this happening, as I main Rose and she has never done anything like that before. My best suggestion is to pick her character or any of her variants and reset the game while playing as her.
