Are there any restrictions to legendarys in a deck?

i cant get any legendary any more i spend something like 4m or 5m coints to get the commando corn and scallywag imp its abug idont know

Legendarys are supposed to be very difficult to obtain. I would assume the Frontline Fighters pack is probably working as intended.

The drop rate for Legendary character pieces has always been a source of frustration for many Players so it entirely unsurprising to long time veterans of the game that the last couple of new Legendary variants are just as hard to get as the previous ones.

You'd be incredibly lucky to get the FF legendaries with that amount spent.  People have spent four times that much without getting them.
