unable to start game

Platform:PC
Summarize your bug game will not launch. click on the icon and nothing happens for Origin or Titanfall 2.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? install origin and the game on a pc and try to open them.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing
What do you expect to see? Origin and Titanfall 2 to open and run, or maybe a refund for all of my Origin games that i cannot play.

i can click on the icon as many times as i like. Origin and Titanfall 2 do nothing.

Perhaps if you post your dxdiag we can see if anything jumps out that might indicate where the problem lies.

I am having this problem too.

When i start the game all it does is show the loading mouse cursor, thats all. I opened task manager and also nothing...
