game face bug with my picture when is time to place the green dot

when im trying to create my game face im  chosing my front picture and my side picture and when its time to place all the green dot they show only a croner off the pictur of my face every time a tried like 20x i dont know what to do now

Are you on Pc or Mac? Is it a retina monitor if you are on Mac? What is your monitors native resolution?

yes im on a mac and yes its retina
