connection to server timed out massage when it tried to play with friends [ Edited ]

Platform:PC
Summarize your bug almost every time i tried to enter a multiplayer match with my friend we both got a massage "connection to server timed out."
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? -mostly by invite a friend to a game or even invite a network -sometime it happened when i play alone and require me to reopen the game and origin fix it
What happens when the bug occurs? -freeze in the black loading screen right before the drop ship scene, or in the middle of the drop ship scene for about 30 seconds -the game send us back to the main menu with "connection to server timed out." massage -the match count as defeat in our profile -sometime one of us can join the game and the other get the out but 99% of the time both of us get out
What do you expect to see? fixing it i think !!

this problem didn't happened in other games i own "eg: BF1,BF4"
the problem is drive me crazy i bought this game to play it with my friends any solutions please ?
i tried to add the game ports in my firewall "i even give the game all ports option"

no i didn't saw it before :D

but i did almost everything in this post i think

-i already use wire internet connection

-i add the game port to the windows firewall

-and i run the game and origin as admin.

i don't know what cause this problem it almost happened only when i tried to connect to the game with friend

yeah some time it is happened when i played alone but easy reopen of the game will fix it
