How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By giving the rewards to those who do the required things.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive all the packs.
What do you expect to see? All of my rewards.

Again, I cannot OFFICIALLY confirm this date but your rewards will be sent to you IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REWARDS BY JUNE 21,2017, please submit a ticket via https://help.ea.com/en/
