Unopened packs disappeared

As I said I had a couple of reps who were good and went out of their way to help me. 

I also had had a few that matched your experience - rude, sullen, uncooperative and willing to insult us by calling us liars.

I'm just hoping we can get through to the right people at EA and they can sort out our problem

God knows I've spoken to too many people that have been the opposite of helpful.

Well, he informed EA, I informed EA and nothing has happened. Are you planning on making it right or just thanks for the info he is SOL?

I got around 24 pre-order packs. . . 9 packs I didn't open.. . They disappeared.. . Please help

I had also this problem. I got 10 packs. 5 opened then get in a match. After the round they all are gone.

I have the same problem. 9 packs and then just 1 after 1 played game.
