The Origin Access Dog Tag doesn't activate.

Summarize your bug I haven't recieved The Origin Access dog tag in the game, even though I have paid for Origin Access. Why is that? I have tried the fix option in Origin but it didn't fix the problem. All so my friend has the same problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess playing on my account?
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get the dog tag.

Okay. It is strange. I was talking with EA Advisors too and they can't even add them manually. They are aware of this problem.

Hey @Jigswaa,

could you relaunch your Origin and Battlefield and check if the tag is now showing up for you?

It might not have been available since you didn't play the game through Origin Access, you would've had to launch the 10hour trial in order for the tag to trigger.

Hi @EA_Joker,

Could you help me also? I activated the trial Origin access at the same time as Jigswaa, but did not receive the dogtag. Our third friend did get the dogtag immediately from activating trial during previous trial offer.
