This is an odd issue. Have you encountered this after the recent game update? Your GPU drivers are up to date? Any chance you can check this issue with another monitor or the same monitor, connected to your PC with the different cable type, if this is possible?

i never saw this bug beafore the update, my drivers are all updates,
