Spot Assist Counter Does Not Advance Medal for Crimson Heart Medal.

Summarize your bug Crimson Heart Medal counter for spot assists does not advance past 1/15. I obtained team assists and suppression assists. No medal rewarded because spot assists don't advance. Please reply if this is feasible. Big fan of Battlefield 1 Bravo!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Scout Class Periscope will indicate first spot assist but spot assist counter does not advance. Hope I'm wrong. Worth testing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Spot assists do not count after first spot assist. Crimson Heart Medal is unattainable because of this occurance.

I've seen some report of other people regarding this thing, there is a problem with the periscope spot system, I think it might be fixed in the next update
