What happens when the bug occurs? The self-repair timer will complete as normal, but no vehicle HP will be regenerated. Even when performed multiple times, self-repair will continuously do nothing.

Ability to use vehicles is pretty much crippled, especially since I can't land the plane all the time. This is very annoying, as I see that I am the only one this glitch is affecting.
