Happens all the time and dont understand how this is still going on after a dozen patches, the worst of all bugs is at the start of new round you spawn in a plane yet your still stuck at spawn position then seconds later BOOOOM! plane crash, i actually got a fright from it few days ago 🙈 so instead of 71-0 which would have looked awesome it was 71-1 still pretty nice and this time funny enough i survived at the end without an extra death but what was most surprising about that is the screen went red as if id been killed, weird game 😂

That last death don´t count, because after some seconds the game correct it. But only if you crash after win or defeat screen

It's an KDR accounting thing. If you get a kill after the game ends, then it counts as a kill. If you die long after the game ends, it has to add that death somewhere, and the last game is recorded so it moves that death to the next game.
