[FIXED] The "listen deeply" option is not available on music lover sim [ Edited ]

I've tried making new sims, new lots, new stereos, new saves, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game on a different hard drive. Nothing allows my music loving sims to get the option to listen deeply. Listen is there, just not listen deeply, so unable to get the trait specific moodlet.

Are you using mods in your game ?  If so, please remove them

no mods or expansions, totally vanilla

Does it happen on all stereos or only certain ones ?

Do none of your Sims have the option ?

yes have tried multiple stereos. As for the sims, all the ones i have now(tried 3 or 4 newly created ones) with the music lover trait are unable to listen deeply but in the past I have had sims that were able to but that was prob a year ago. I recently reinstalled the game and have had the problem since.

Would you possibly be able to share a save file where this issue is occurring? My QA team has been unable to reproduce the issue thus far. Thanks for the help!

everytime I add save files to this board and submit the post does not go up

is there an email I can send save files too? Any time I add save files to these posts and submit the post just does not appear on the board for some reason unless I remove the save files.

You need to upload to a file sharing site. You can't attach saves here

Please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.
