Which version? Full Game
Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? NBA Live 18
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The One Career Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon the loading screen I receive a message saying thank you for playing the demo, your facescan is avaliable. I’ve had the game for a month now. I see that my character has the rating from the demo transfer. However when I go into The League or The Pro AM, all previous data is still there - which tells me it’s a glitch from retrieving the data from the cloud I guess.
What should be happening instead? All current ratings should match
How severe is the bug? A - Crash/Critical
