Missing Warbonds at Max Rank

I'm at max rank (110), and have 30 warbonds left.  I have one upgrade left to purchase, the rank 10 pilot/tanker gun, for 150 warbonds.  Thus, I am 120 warbonds short.

What can I do?

(PS: I contacted support via email who said they cannot grant warbonds or unlock the last item--which I don't think is right based on some previous bug reports.)

If you contact the Support via https://help.ea.com/en/ so there is also a option to contact a EA Advisor in Live Chat.

If you choose Game, Platform, Issue, ect. that you can start a Chat, so you can also see that you can choose "Warbonds" under the Missing Content section.

So they should be able to help out with that, but could be possible that they tell you "the Specialists need to look into that and will contact you via e-mail". So it could take a while.

Thanks.  I did contact live support and asked to escalate it higher.  The fellow said they can fix it, it will just take some time.

Making this WARBOND MISSING (not enough warbonds) update so other people can find the problem / solution easier!

thanks for sharing your experience - those cases are indeed escalated and need some time to be worked.

For anyone else who might be affected by this issue, please do note the exact amount of Warbonds you are missing, this is crucial information before you contact an EA Advisor.
