Missing Insider dog tag

I had problems getting the Insider dog tag but they made a update which fixed it. You might have not enlisted for the program. If this helped at all please grant XP it would be very much appreciated!

A good way to get your dog tags you don't have is to talk to the EA Advisers in a live chat and they will give it to you if u earned it and didn't have it unlocked if this help Plz give me xp 😁

Was it fixed on Xbox? I'm 100% certain I signed up but my dog tag isn't unlocking either.

And what's really silly now the dog tag unlocked......balls. Sorry for taking up digital space.
