Missing Coins after a Failed Bid

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place more than one bid on different players and watch yourself not get the pucks for lost bids refunded
What happens when the bug occurs? You do not get your pucks spent on bid or the player
What do you expect to see? The pucks that were spent bidding be returned to my account.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 7:00 PM
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00

Was placing 2 different bids 1 for 70,000 pucks and 1 for 80,000 pucks. I had roughly around 153,000 pucks so both players could be purchased. The bid for 70,000 pucks was successful and player was added to collection. 2nd bid for 80,000 pucks was not and the pucks were not added back to my account.

It has been just over 20 hours and the pucks have not been put back in my account.

Any help with this issue would be awesome. Thanks!
